An AI agent that guides the claim video, shot by shot
Send the policyholder a link. They point their phone at the damage and a live AI agent asks for each shot in turn: the wide view, the close-ups, the plate or the address. Nothing to install.
In their words
“they called me and sent me a link to an app to submit photos of the damage.”
“The new adjuster finally returned my calls Friday afternoon (four calls later) he had not even opened the estimate.”
How it works
- 01
You send the policyholder your agent's link: by text, by email or from your claims page. They open it in the phone's browser. No app, no account.
- 02
They point the camera at the damage. The agent asks for one shot at a time, a wide view, close-ups of each damaged area, the number plate or the address, and anything that shows how it happened, and confirms what it sees before the next.
- 03
It asks for the date, the time and a short description. With the policyholder's okay it takes a snapshot for your file, kept privately for 7 days. An adjuster reviews the claim; the agent decides nothing.

- No estimates and no decisions. It never says whether something is covered, never estimates a payout and never admits fault on anyone's behalf: it says an adjuster will review the claim.
- No policy or claim lookups. It is not connected to a claims system; the record reaches you as snapshots in your dashboard and, if you switch it on, as a post to a URL you set when the call ends.
- Free calls last up to 10 minutes each on the included model. On your own model key, calls last up to 10 minutes.
Questions
Does it estimate the damage or decide the claim?
No. It guides the filming and asks for the date, the time and a short description. It never says whether something is covered, never estimates a payout and never admits fault; it says an adjuster will review the claim. It is an AI agent, and says so when asked.
What if someone is hurt?
The agent tells them to call emergency services first. It is for documenting damage once everyone is safe, not an emergency line: it runs in the browser and cannot call anyone.
Where do the video and the photos go?
The call is not recorded. The live video goes to the AI model that runs the agent, about one frame a second: fine for a dent or a wet ceiling, not fast movement. The agent asks before it takes a snapshot; the snapshot shows under the call in your dashboard, private to you, and is deleted after 7 days. The transcript is kept for 10 minutes after the call, then deleted. With the webhook on, the call and its transcript are posted to a URL you set when it ends. The privacy page says who processes what, and on what terms.
