A contractor estimate by video, before anyone drives out

Text your customer a link. They show the job on their camera, your agent talks them through it, and you collect what you need for the quote, no truck roll required.

In their words

“Driving all the way out to a site only to discover the homeowner completely misdiagnosed the issue.”

“Getting someone to come and look for free is super hard.”

How it works

  1. You text your customer the link. No account, and nothing for them to install.
  2. They point their camera at the job. Your agent asks questions and talks them through it, live.
  3. You get a snapshot of what they showed, kept privately for 7 days, so you can put the quote together.

Show the problem, fix it step by step.

What it doesn't do

  • No prices or estimates come from the agent. It collects what you need so you still set the price.
  • No booking onto your calendar yet. For now it collects what you need for the quote, not a booked visit.
  • Free calls last up to 3 minutes each on the included model. On your own model key, calls last up to 10 minutes.

Questions

Will the agent quote the job?

No. It collects what you need for the quote, a look at the job and what your customer says about it. You still price the work yourself.

Does it put anything on my calendar?

Not yet for your own agents. Today it collects what's needed for the quote; booking onto your own calendar is on the way.

What happens to the photo it takes?

If your customer agrees, the agent can take one snapshot of the job. It is kept privately for 7 days, then deleted, and never posted anywhere.
